Effective negotiation is a key process for those such as buyers and procurement officers who provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on the performance of procurement and supply. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a safe environment in the form of a role play to practice your skills with validation from your experienced course tutor.
