Lami joined Harley Reed in 2009. She supported the restructuring of the holding company and led group compliance and contracting before later moving to a training manager role within Harley Reed UK where she supported the development and transformation of learner management systems as well as introduction of legal courses.
Lami is currently responsible for the operations of the UK subsidiary and also supports the governance and compliance of the group offices.
Lami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of East Anglia (UK), a Diploma in Accounting from ACCA and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
