He holds an MSc in Procurement, Logistics & SCM, a master’s in international Affairs & Diplomacy, an MBA, an MPH, and a BPharm, along with certifications such as MCIPS, CMILT, and PMP.
As Senior Manager, Knowledge Services at Harley Reed International, Jibrailu delivers CILT, CIPS training and leads health SC projects design and delivery. Since 2014, Jibrailu has worked on projects funded by TGF, DFID, BMGF and The World Bank Group.
