Ekene Odimegwu is a General Manager at Harley Reed Nigeria, overseeing Knowledge Services. He is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and delivery of knowledge-based programmes, training initiatives, and advisory services. This role focuses on competency development, professional education, knowledge management and procurement transformation.
With over 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, business development, project management, strategy, and corporate development. Prior to joining Harley Reed in 2022, he held positions at Gateway Bank, Zenith Bank, and FBN Holdings, contributing to major initiatives such as the Group Synergy Programme for FBN Holdings and supply chain restructuring and competency development.
Ekene is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and has been facilitating CIPS training programmes at all levels since 2016. He also serves as a training facilitator and exam moderator for CILT certification. Since 2017, he has volunteered as the Education Liaison Officer for the CIPS Nigeria Branch, actively participating in organising conferences and summits to promote procurement excellence in Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing) and MSc in International Transport, Trade and Logistics. Passionate about knowledge services, professional development and supply chain transformation, Ekene enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
