Cordelia Ihekerenma Oti, MSc, Prince2, CMILT, MCIPS (in view), is a Manager, Knowledge Services at Harley Reed, Abuja. Her work focuses on enhancing knowledge sharing, improving training delivery, and supporting business growth through effective learning and development strategies.
Cordelia supports CIPS, CILT, and professional training programs, ensuring materials meet industry standards. She also supports research, business development, team and competency assessments to improve learning outcomes.
She holds an MSc in International Logistics from the University of Northampton, UK, and has received an Award of Excellence from CILT International. A Chartered Member of CILT, she currently serves as General Secretary of CILT Abuja.
