Busayo is an accountant by profession. She worked with First Bank Insurance, now Salem Insurance, as a financial advisor from 2014 to 2019. In November 2019, she joined Harley Reed as a Student Administration Officer and transitioned to Senior Associate Operations in 2024.
Busayo holds an HND in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation at Rome Business School, Nigeria branch.
