Thomas is the Founder of the Harley Reed Group of Companies and an accomplished business leader with over 50 years of experience in developing and managing successful businesses across multiple sectors and countries. He holds an MBA from the University of Brighton, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), and holds a Certificate in Social and Ethical Accounting, Auditing and Reporting (ISEA).
A respected procurement professional, Tom served on the CIPS Global Congress from 2015 to 2018 and is an approved CIPS Associate and Procurement Excellence Programme Assessor. He actively provides consultancy and training in procurement, finance, change management, policy development, and strategy, helping organisations enhance performance and achieve sustainable growth.

BIO=William is a highly experienced consultant with expertise in procurement, finance, and supply chain transformation. He holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
He began his career with Ernst & Young (EY) in London, specialising in corporate finance, private equity transactions, restructuring, and due diligence. William has since led numerous international consultancy assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working with governments, donor organisations, and private sector clients. He is a CIPS Procurement Excellence Assessor, a contributor to CIPS publications, and a regular lecturer on CIPS corporate programmes.

BIO=Edith Uyovbukerhi is a seasoned finance professional, business leader, and advocate for women’s empowerment with over 30 years of senior management experience across leading global organisations, including PwC, Cadbury Schweppes, Nestlé, and Diageo in both the UK and Ghana. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Brighton, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a Chartered Accountant in Ghana.
Edith currently serves on the Board of Old Mutual Ghana and chairs its Investment Committee. She is also a passionate champion of social impact and female leadership, serving as co-founder of LittleBigSouls International, founder of Strands of Pearls International, a director of the African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO), and a board member of ShEquity, supporting investment in women-led businesses across Africa.
