International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate and uplift the progress and achievements of women around the world. On this special day, many organisations, businesses and governments come together to recognize and celebrate the importance of gender equality and the social, economic, political and cultural achievements of women in Leadership.
This year’s theme for International Women’s Day, “Cracking the Code: Innovation for a Gender Equal Future,” emphasizes inclusion. We must all play a role in creating an inclusive, equitable world. Now more than ever, it is vital to challenge gender bias and stand for equality.
Harley Reed Ghana hosted a breakfast meeting on 3rd March 2023. This event united women to celebrate achievements and discuss actions for a more equitable world. It encouraged women to use their collective power to challenge the status quo and create meaningful change.
