Tom is the founder of the Harley Reed group of companies. In a business career spanning over 40 years, Tom has adopted an entrepreneurial approach to develop and operate a number of successful companies in a range of countries and sectors.
Tom actively consults and trains in a variety of fields including procurement, finance, change management, policy and strategy. He is a trained mental health nurse, accountant, holder of an MBA and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, having also served a term as an elected member of the CIPS Global Congress.
Tom serves as Chairman of the Board for Harley Reed International, and all its subsidiary companies.
