Martin is a senior procurement professional with extensive experience in private and public sectors; including commercial experience in the international non-governmental sector. He has also worked in strategic consultancy roles in a range of industry sectors covering sourcing, procurement and contracting, demonstrating valuable commercial and technical expertise in key spend categories. He is a thought leader and a regular speaker on the issues of supplier diversity in the supply chain.
Martin is a holder of BA(Hons) Business Management, University of Sunderland, MBA Logistics from the University of Derby in addition to Chartered memberships of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management ((CIWFM)). He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and is a Guest lecturer for CIPS Professional qualifications and the author of Global Commercial Strategy [L6M2].
