Kadé is the founding director of Joelka Performances, having spent over 35 years in the field of financial auditing, procurement and asset management. She has participated in the implementation of major organisational transformation programs with transnational teams and in her current role, she continues to support senior executives in their personal development through coaching, mentoring and mediation.
Prior to founding Joelka, Kadé was the Group Head of Ecobank Business Services, responsible for procurement, real estate, transport and facilities management across the 36 affiliate countries. She also served as Executive Director on the Ecobank Eprocess Board (the IT affiliate for Ecobank Group. She also held leadership roles at Mazars, African Development Bank, BNETD, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kadé holds a Masters in Public Administration Dauphine/ENA, and completed an Advanced Management Programme with INSEAD.
