Participants will discover how inefficiencies in logistics and transport operations impact on overall supply chain effectiveness. The course will examine the relationship between logistics and supply chain management and appreciate technological tools which are becoming increasingly prevalent in managing supply chains, as well as learning how to develop and implement good logistics strategies.
