The information presented in financial reports allows users to assess a company’s performance and financial position. Aimed at non-finance managers, this course provides the practical knowledge needed to take the fear out of the accounting and ensure confident participation in financial discussions. The course covers key areas of finance and budgeting .
Participants on this course will acquire an understanding of the course financial information and explore the driving forces behind financial information. Participants will come to understand the role of financial reporting and financial statement, cost control and cost reduction as well as developing budgets and relating them to financial statements and management reports.
