LAGOS, Nigeria, 24th September 2022/ – Seven Up Bottling Company received the CIPS Corporate Ethics Mark from Harley Reed. IIn addition to adopting the CIPS Code of Ethics, the accreditation affirms Seven Up Nigeria’s commitment to integrity in supply management. This is achieved through the training and development of their procurement experts to uphold high ethical standards.

What is CIPS Corporate Ethics Mark?

The CIPS Corporate Ethics Mark publicly affirms an organization’s commitment to ethical sourcing and supplier management. Organizations displaying this mark sign a Statement of Commitment, demonstrating their proactive approach to ethical practices. Furthermore, the mark signals to suppliers, customers, and stakeholders that they prioritize ethical sourcing practices and train their staff. It also highlights the adoption of ethical values in sourcing and managing suppliers.

Promoting Ethical Practices in Procurement: Certificate Presentation to Seven Up Nigeria

The Ethical Procurement and Supply certification focuses on supply chain concerns such as corruption, fraud, bribery, exploitation, and human rights violations. Organizations participating adopt strategic policies and build a procurement climate conducive to best practices. Our Group CEO, William Tagoe, presented the Certificate to Ziad Maalouf, the Managing Director of Seven Up Nigeria.
