  • Harley Reed Ghana hosts women in leadership breakfast meeting in commemoration of IWD

Harley Reed Ghana has organized a breakfast meeting for women in leadership to commemorate the 2022 International Women’s Day. The event was attended by women in various leadership positions including Dr Joyce Aryee, Carol Annang, Susan Quist, Gloria Anti, Agnes Gifty Adjei-Sam, Stella Addo, Hon Dzifa Gomashie, and Oheneyere Gifty Anti amongst others. The event was hosted by Country Director, Edith Uyovbukerhi.

The objective of the event was to create an environment where women of influence can share experiences and dialogue in a bid to #BreakTheBias they and other women face in all spheres of life. It further focused on creating collaborations to quicken progress and achieve sustainable change.

The keynote speaker, Fatima Alimohamed; CEO of African Brand Warriors and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture Sector at AGI, gave a riveting speech that urged the ladies to think about their own actions that reinforce the biases that exist and give them roots. The dynamic ladies were treated to breakfast, music, power massages, and a lot of networking.
