We recognize the tremendous challenges women face in their careers and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace. This International Women’s Day, and for always, we celebrate the women all around the world. Women who have remained bold, confident and uncompromised. We celebrate the independent, the passionate and the committed women. The women who believe in their cause and relentlessly stay on course irrespective. We celebrate the unflinching force unleashed by women who have mastered their chosen trajectory.
The women, when given opportunities, consistently demonstrate their savvy skills and potential, inspiring others and driving meaningful progress. The women who are strong, powerful and focused. I salute all such women. I would like to end my chant with one of my favourite quotes from Marilyn Monroe: “Strong women don’t have ‘attitudes’, we have standards”.
