Cima is the General Manager of Advisory Services at Harley Reed Nigeria. Cima has worked with business leaders in the Banking, Financial Regulatory and Telecommunications industries to advance strategic organisational growth. Her expertise lies in helping organisations deliver on their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ambitions, driving large-scale community investment, and advising on regulatory and policy matters.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS). She has also participated in various executive education programmes at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
