Grace is a result oriented bilingual Supply Chain professional with rich and diverse managerial experience in Administration, Human Resources and Procurement spanning over 25 years in Oil and Gas multinational organisations.
Grace began her career at Nigeria Merchant Bank as Credit Analyst in 1990 and moved to ConocoPhillips (formerly Conoco Energy) in 1992. She rose from Treasury Analyst in 1992 to Administration & Facilities Manager in 2002. In 2003, joined Ocean Energy (a subsidiary of Devon Energy Inc) as Human Resource & Administration Manager until 2008.
Prior to Harley Reed, Grace worked at Addax Petroleum from 2008 functioning as Head, Learning & Development. In 2009, she became Administration Manager and was appointed Procurement Manager in 2011 until 2015, where she also functioned for a period as acting GM Supply Chain.
Grace holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, a Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). She is also a Member of the International Women’s Society and supports various charity organizations and volunteer initiatives.
